Responsibilities:

Hours: 9 am - 5 pm, Monday – Friday

Answer the multi-line office phone, and route calls as necessary

Investigate and help to resolve tenant complaints

Enforce property/company rules and regulations

Draft correspondence to tenants and vendors

Create 3-day notices, invoices and tenant notices, as needed

Prepare leases and amendments

Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.

Maintain tenant contact information

Follow up on past due rents / recommend for eviction if necessary

Assist in other projects and day-to-day activities

Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not mandatory

Previous experience in Property Management or real estate preferred, but not required.

Must be punctual

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Analytical & math skills

Experience in Microsoft Office.

Attention to detail and time management

Ability to work independently

Professional appearance and attire

Credit Score of 650 or higher

No Evictions or Bankruptcies

No Criminal Record
