ADMIN / AGENT SUPPORT (ENTRY LEVEL) NO REMOTE WORK

Must have 2+ consecutive/recent years administrative experience, basic office duties, customer service etc Position is full time M-F 830-530 in our La Verne CA office. NO REMOTE WORK.

DESCRIPTION (including but not limited to):

M-F , 8:30 - 5:30 pm , 40 hr work week

Supporting sales agents (applications, merchants, calls etc)

Underwriting/Processing Merchant Applications

Phones

Problem Solving

40 wpm minimum

Basic office equipment (fax, copy, scan, email etc.)

Communication with inside/outside sales agents

Data Entry

 MUST be an organized individual, detail oriented and who can work/focus in a fast paced setting, multi-task, meet deadlines and be a team player.

 Bilingual a Plus!
