Objective
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO’s Secretary Team in Monrovia CA and Las Vegas NV offices. This role will handle a wide variety of confidential tasks with discretion. The ideal candidate must have the ability to exercise keen judgment in different situations with effective communication along with highly organized administrative support, and the ability to maintain a balance among multiple priorities.

You will work with a team of friendly staff to organize and streamline processes of the company.
Responsibilities
1. Compose email correspondence, prepare reports, analyze legal documents, draft letters and memos
2. Attend company sales meetings, leaders conference calls with CEO, take attendance, record meeting minutes
3. Contact various government and state agencies to register, apply and renew business licenses
4. Communicate with landlords, property managers regarding leasing agreements for each office
5. Coordinate with Property & Casualty department regarding insurance requirements
6. Manage the CEO’s calendar for business appointments, client meetings, conference calls, and seminar events
7. Arrange details of CEO’s travel accommodations in itineraries, airfare, transportation, and hotel lodging
8. Communicate with airlines and hotels on bookings, changes, cancellations, and award points
9. Complete various forms, obtain signatures from CEO and CFO, submit applications before deadline
10. Administrative duties assigned by supervisor, including data entry, recordkeeping, filing, photocopying
11. Submit authorization to purchase office supplies requested by regional leaders and office managers
12. Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
Qualifications
1. Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English
2. At least 5 years office experience
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
4. Excellent organizational skills, attention to details, ability to handle pressure, flexible to changes
Benefits for Full-Time Employee
Starting $4,800 $6,000/mth depend on experience, will raise if pass probation
