Small women’s apparel studio seeks P/T help with office admin & support including: order creation, invoicing, customer service, inventory, web and account order shipping, Shopify site maintenance.

Energetic self-starter with initiative. Small Studio, high quality environment. DTLA. 24 hrs / 3 per week

Job Requirements:

3-5 yrs work/office experience

Self Starter w/ Initiative

Work independently

Apparel background

High level Customer Service Experience

Excellent proficiency at Excel

SHOPIFY back-end

Quickbooks ONLINE

Illustrator/Photoshop bonus.

Transportation a plus

(24+ hrs week or 3 days)

Must have excellent references.
