Marketing Administrative Assistant
California, Los angeles, 90001 Los angeles USASummary: Los Angeles Pacific College is seeking a creative individual to join the marketing team in developing marketing strategies to recruit students. With the support and guidance of the Director, the candidate will manage recruitment and marketing for Los Angeles Pacific College. The candidate will also perform a variety of administrative support duties in different departments. The position requires the candidate to use a considerable degree of discretion and sound judgement.
Recruitment
· Promote the school to prospective students and parents both face-to-face and in writing; respond to inquiries.
· Conduct several recruitment trips per academic year to both regional and local high schools, as recruitment schedule allows. Represent the program in online college fairs and webinars.
· Plan and host events for community exposure and outreach.
Marketing
· Contribute on ways to increase the number, quality, and diversity of applicants.
· Monitor social media presence including Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
· Manage online advertising campaigns to increase awareness and the school’s online presence.
· Participate in the production of written materials/communications for use in program marketing, including large email campaigns, and distribution of brochures (both print and email formats).
Administrative
· Prepares correspondence, memoranda, agendas, procedural guides, tables, reports, bulletins, flyers, brochures, and other publications utilizing a variety of software applications.
· Compiles a variety of information from various sources and prepares summaries and reports for supervisor.
· Proofreads and edits reports and other documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures and guidelines.
· Anticipates and compiles materials needed by the administrators for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, and telephone calls.
· Other tasks as assigned by senior administrators.
Experience
· Minimum 2 year of marketing experience.
· Experience implementing marketing strategies to build lead generation, preferred.
· Bachelor’s in marketing, communications or related field, required.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, required.
· Experience using Google Ads and Facebook Ads, preferred.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, preferred.
Pay
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Federal Holidays, paid time off after one year, and health benefits after one year.
Job Type: Full-time 40 per week
