Social Media Coordinator - Affinity Nightlife

Affinity Nightlife is looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a strategic social media plan to amplify our brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase traffic to our venues.

What You'll Do:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Youtube, Facebook)

Responsible for managing the social media presence for busines owner, Affinity Nightlife and all related brands.

Create engaging content that reflects the unique atmosphere and offerings of each Affinity Nightlife venue.

Manage and maintain our social media presence, including posting content, responding to comments and messages, and running social media contests and giveaways.

Analyze social media performance metrics and adapt strategies based on data insights.

Collaborate with marketing and event teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

Must have 1-2 years minimum of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the nightlife or entertainment industry.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.

Excellent content creation skills, including experience with copywriting, photography, and videography.

Proven ability to develop and execute engaging social media campaigns.

Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.

A passion for the nightlife industry and a strong understanding of the Los Angeles social scene.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

Creative, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with a positive and energetic attitude.
