Workers' Compensation Case Manager

Job description

The Work Justice Firm is looking for a motivated case manager to join our workers' compensation department. We are looking for candidates that have at least 2 years of case manager experience in workers’ compensation and are bilingual in Spanish. What we need from you:

Work cases from inception to completion;

Knowledge of filing applications, amended applications, DORs, objection to DOR/petitions, etc.;

Maintain communication with clients, adjusters and opposing counsel;

Familiarity with panel QME striking process;

Coordinating AME/QME appointments;

Rate PTP, AME and QME reports;

Prepare cases for depositions, hearings, and trials;

Experience with Merus/iKase/A-1 and Microsoft Office is a plus;

Bilingual Spanish/English;

Strong grammar and communication skills;

Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude;

Must be reliable and punctual;
