Workers Compensation Case Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Workers Compensation Case Manager to join our growing team. This position is flexible on hours/days. We are seeking someone who can work between 20 - 24 hours a week. Candidates may choose their ideal working schedule and work 8 hours a day 3 days a week or half days five days a week. Workers' compensation experience is required. Bilingual in English/Armenian or English/Spanish is required for this role.

DUTIES

-Answer phone calls and speak with clients to answer questions, update them on their claims, discuss treatment, and provide updates.

-Manage the attorneys' calendars.

-Scan mail and save documents online.

-Prepare correspondence.

-Serve letters and pleadings.

-Prepare proofs of service.

-Assist with filings (printing, scanning, and mailing filings).

-Other day-to-day case handling as required.

QUALIFICATION

-Minimum 2 years of experience in workers' compensation.

-Bilingual (Armenian or Spanish) required.

-Someone who is proactive and takes initiative about moving cases forward.

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Good attitude/customer service. Ability to speak with clients.
