Floor Manager for Successful Sushi Restaurant

We are currently seeking an experienced Floor Manager to join our team at a high-end sushi restaurant located in the Valley.

Our restaurant is a large-scale operation, approximately 5,000 square feet, offering a refined dining experience with a strong focus on quality, service, and team culture.

Compensation

Annual salary: $85,000 – $100,000

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications

5 days of paid vacation after one year of employment

Preferred Experience

Prior experience as a floor manager or similar leadership role

Experience in high-end or upscale dining restaurants is strongly preferred

Experience managing large dining rooms or high-volume operations is a plus

Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills

Responsibilities

Oversee daily floor operations and service flow

Lead, train, and support front-of-house staff

Maintain high standards of hospitality and professionalism

Coordinate closely with ownership, chefs, and management team

Ensure smooth service during busy shifts
