Barista Position in West Hollywood

Dialog Cafe in West Hollywood, CA is looking for one Barista to join our team. We are located on 8766 Holloway Dr Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Part Time and Full Time available. Must be able to work at least 2 closing shifts per week. Hours range from 6:30am to 9:30pm

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN 3RD WAVE COFFEE.

Responsibilities:

Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with Company Standards

Execute Latte Art

Prepare smoothies in accordance with Company Standards

Maintain a clean and tidy work area

Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally

Qualifications:

Proven working experience as a barista. Must have knowledge of third wave coffee

Must be able to calibrate espresso

Must be able to execute latte art

High integrity with a great attendance record

Strong attention to detail

Ability to listen and communicate effectively
