Job Title: Office Manager, Executive Assistant

Small Business, Approx 25 employees

$32.00hr - $34.00hr

Job Titles Directly Supervised: None

Exempt, Full-time

The Office Manager coordinates with online HR Management provider. The

Office Manager is responsible for keeping an office running smoothly and

overseeing administrative responsibilities, maintaining spreadsheets, tracking

payments, filing, answering calls, scheduling travel, ordering supplies. Overall

clerical and administrative general business responsibilities as business

urgencies arise.

Essential Responsibilities

1. Review insurance policies for value and price comparisons.

2. Coordinator with online HR Management Provider.

3. Monitor and log time and attendance in accordance with policies.

4. Administer and log staff training.

5. Other duties based on business operational urgencies.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Experience: 5 years preferred

Required skills: This position is required to apply intermediate Outlook, and Word

skills. Intermediate Excel skills preferred.

Physical Requirements: Remain stationary sitting or standing daily and frequently to satisfy tasks via computer. Must use stairs to occasionally access upstairs records offices. Must sort and file using current records system which may require kneeling squatting, twisting, bending frequently and repeatedly during task. Constantly types uses mouse, and several monitors throughout workday. Required to focus on tasks to satisfy timely. Required to effectively communicate and hear callers to discuss compliance, employee relation matters, investigate, interview, etc. Required to handle/hold/lift files up to 40 lbs.
