Tax Return Entry Specialist – Seasonal (In-Office) | Belmont Shore

We are seeking a Tax Return Entry Person for the upcoming tax season (January – April). Training can begin immediately.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience using UltraTax (Thomson Reuters tax software) and be very comfortable working on a PC. A tax license is not required, but accuracy, strong attention to detail, and professionalism are essential.

This role involves working closely with a wide range of clients, so we are looking for someone who is friendly, patient, and helpful with excellent communication skills.

Details:

In-office position (not virtual)

Located in Belmont Shore

Office is open 7 days a week

Must be flexible with daytime and evening availability

W-2 position

$35 per hour

Commitment required through the full tax season

As a small business, reliability and consistency are extremely important. We are looking for someone who can commit through the end of tax season.
