Finance person needed for a construction company.

Location: Encino, CA

Schedule: Full-Time. Flexible.

Duties:

1. Meet with customers and prepare the best funding optionsand terms.

2. Will oversee job costs and progress payments as well as day-to-day financial responsibilities for construction projects.

3. Report financial data.

4. Money collection, manage cash flow, and billing

5. Lender account management and oversee new lenders.

6. Oversee credit applications processing.

7. Resolve and respond to the lender’s complaints.

Requirements:

1. Must have experience doing finance for a construction company.

2. Familiaritywith different lenders is a strong advantage.

3. Experience in budgeting and management.

4. Experience in opening accounts with new finance lenders.

5. Ability to gather and organize all necessary documents for finance applications.

6. Experience with QuickBooks Desktop version, preferred.

7. Comfortable collaborating with Sales reps.

8. Proven availability to coordinate with production and help meet weekly funding goals.

9. Computer savvy.

Compensation: $10,000 per month.
