Responsibilities:

Prepares individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns

Prepares 1099-MISC, business licenses, and payroll returns

Identifies issues and tax planning opportunities during tax return preparation

Performs book-keeping services for our clients

Processes and records payroll transactions

Prepares payroll tax return and annual information returns

Compiles and analyzes financial information

Prepares balance sheet, income statement, and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position

Assists with auditing and review assignments

Researches complex federal and state tax issues as needed

Assists and performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business

Have worked in a CPA firm for at least (3) years

Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task

Client service oriented
