Remodeling company hiring

I’m looking for a Skilled tradesmen , Someone who can take direction yet still take charge and know what the next step is. I’m looking to hire someone That will fit my company. Desired trade skills would be, but not limited to.:

Drywall hanging, and muddying

Cabinet installation

Finish work skills

Minor plumbing

Ability to paint (the right way)

Preferably experience in the art of upgrading and updating kitchens and bathrooms.

Tile

Flooring

Interior doors, baseboards, and casing

Overall common sense

And more……

There will be a in-depth phone interview before you get the opportunity to do a in person interview

we are a small company so no sandbagging people will be tolerated. If you are trying to just blend in with a company and collect a paycheck with minimal effort, you will be weeded out very fast. So please don’t waste my time or your time. All new hires will go through a one month probation. Potential employees will be required to show proof of reliable transportation.
