The right candidate should have skills in all aspects of general maintenance including:

-Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential apartments, common areas, and facilities.

-Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.

-Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems.

-Perform painting, carpentry, and drywall repairs as needed.

-Assist with apartment turnovers and ensure units are in top condition for new residents.

-Respond to resident maintenance requests in a courteous and efficient manner.

-Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and equipment.

-Collaborate with the property management team and fellow maintenance staff.

Skills to help you Succeed:

The position requires a valid CA driver's license. You must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
