Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician needed for a full-time position for a

small apartment community located in San Bernardino.

Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of building maintenance and be proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and minor construction.

Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. Replacing carpets, painting interior and exterior. Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches. Day to day may include grounds, sprinklers, outside lighting, programmable gates.

To be qualified the candidate must be able to pass a drug test and background check, must have reliable transportation, and must be able to start immediately.
