Industrial electricians wanted for full time position throughout the inland empire based out of Upland. 30+yr company with regular clientele has contracts through next year demanding additional skilled labor. Ideal candidates (#1)are either just completed apprentice electrical program with good grades and references from teachers or completed Journeymen certified electrician in the state of California. (#2) Has reliable transportation and clean driving record. (3)Drug free (will be tested regularly). (#4) Knowledge of wire sizes, conduit bending, calculating of circuit loads, transformer, & motor loads. (#5) Basic knowledge of electrical codes. (#6) Has own hand tools. (#7) Good communication and listening skills. (#8) Doesn’t have a problem with your Phone being in the truck while you work.

This is often times a Hot, dirty, laborious job that may be around dangerous machines and power sources. Your physical conditions should be excellent. Eye sight, hearing and verbal communications must be good to be a safe coworker in these work environments. As the owner I will be working along side of all employees. This means that successful candidates will be diligent workers who don't expect to hide out or be wall flowers (on your phone) while others do the work.

Potential applicants will be tested on conduit bending skills, wire sizing and circuit sizing.

If you are mechanical minded,ie. you like to figure out how things work or make, work on cars, machines, legos, then you are a potential candidate. We are looking for persons who want to stay for years to come and be apart of our company family. If your work experience has more then one job per year you most likely wont be hired because want people are worth keeping around.
