TDS Unlimited is a logistics / freight carrier servicing Southern California. We are continuously growing and doing our best to ensure our employees have a great working environment. We transport dry goods within a 150 mile radius of our local terminal in Rancho Cucamonga. We are currently in need of an accounting rep who will focus on billing and collections as well as other office operations such as emails, customer service, and data entry.

Job Description -

Start time will be Monday - Friday from 9am-5:30pm. Possible overtime on busy days.

Invoicing customers daily for services completed

Daily follow up with customers who have past due balances

Responding to customers request via email and or phone

Data Entry

Job Benefits -

Employee's will have major holidays off with pay.

Employee's receive 40 hours per year of sick pay and 40 hours of vacation pay

Overtime is earned after 8 hours of working each day.

Medical benefits available. Employer contributes towards the premium.

Job Qualifications -

Prior experience processing invoices and following up on collections in preferred not required

Prior experience in the trucking / logistics industry is preferred not required

Fluent in both English and Spanish is preferred not required
