Restaurant Manager/assistant

I’m in the process of getting ready to open a Mexican restaurant and sports bar. I’m searching for a person with experience either opening a restaurant or working at a restaurant that has managerial or assistant managing qualities. I’m looking for somebody that could help me with all aspects of planning operating and such moving forward at this point, I’m basically looking for someone to help do a lot of research and design. Also, somebody that has skills in restaurant dynamics at all levels. We are still a way out from opening so I’m basically looking for somebody that can just help me prior to opening and then take over the responsibility of the restaurant once we do open.
