Corral Bar & Grill is hiring 1 full time short order cook

PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING Looking for an experienced short order cook for 35-40 hours a week, 10 hour shifts. 2 years minimum experience with knowledge and experience using all restaurant equipment, fast food experience WILL NOT be considered. This is a neighborhood bar & grill, the kitchen is a one man show with the exception of Wednesday night.

Must be organized, self motivated and ambitious. Able to work in a fast paced environment when necessary, follow company recipes and procedures. Must be a team player and supportive of your co-workers, speak english, and have customer service skills.

Duties include, but are not limited to cooking, prepping, cleaning and maintaining kitchen and back of house (filtering fry oil, cleaning vent hoods, maintaining flat griddle etc.), washing dishes, serving and bussing. Pay is negotiable according to skill level after 30 days of steady employment. Menu includes steaks, sandwiches, burgers, breakfast and appetizers. Kitchen hours are 11am to 9pm. With our current schedule every other weekend is a 4 day weekend. Pay is $18 - $22 (plus tips) depending on skill level and work ethic.
