Experienced Line Cook Needed ASAP for Busy Brewery (Upland) must have experience as a Lead Line Cook within the last few years.

We are a busy brewery located in Downtown Upland. We are looking for an organized, efficient and experienced Lead Line Cook to work with our kitchen staff. You will be trained in preparing all menu items, oversee operations during meal service, and ensure all dishes served to guests meet the highest quality standards. Job description is as follows:

Properly measuring kitchen ingredients and food portions

Adhere to set standards, procedures, department rules and sanitation requirements

Must have knife skills and know how to use kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, steamers and warmers in food preparation

Have good communication skill as communication is key with the kitchen inventory and ensuring supplies are fresh and of high quality

Ensuring proper food temperatures when cooking and proper storage and labeling afterward

Keeping the workstation and kitchen equipment clean, organized and sanitized

Prepping food for service, helping with preparing sauces for kitchen opening, cleaning at closing and other side duties as directed by the Owners
