Job Description: As our Customer Relationship Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring our customers are thoroughly satisfied with their experience. This role involves regular communication with customers through calls, texts, and emails, as well as face-to-face interactions, to ensure they are delighted with their purchase and service received.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to customers post-purchase to confirm their satisfaction and address any concerns.
Use your exceptional communication skills to maintain and enhance customer relationships.
Work closely with the sales and service teams to gather insights and resolve any issues efficiently.
Organize and manage customer follow-ups and maintain detailed records of interactions.
Occasionally meet with customers in person to foster a stronger connection and address their needs directly.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:
Experience as a customer relations manager.
Experience in a server or bartender role with a proven track record of managing customer relationships.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively managing phone, text, and email interactions.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine enthusiasm for enhancing customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus but not required.
