Job Summary: As the Rental Car Manager at Onsite Dealer Services, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our rental car division. You will be responsible for managing a fleet of vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing rental operations to achieve financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Fleet Management:
Supervise the maintenance and availability of rental vehicles.
Coordinate with vendors for servicing and repairs as needed.
Monitor vehicle cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Customer Service:
Manage customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of issues.
Implement customer service standards to enhance the rental experience.
Operations Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the rental car division, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
Develop and implement efficient rental procedures and policies to streamline operations.
Monitor and analyze rental trends and performance metrics to optimize profitability.
Sales and Marketing:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote rental services and maximize revenue opportunities.
Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to rental operations.
Monitor expenses and revenue to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise rental staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in rental car management or a related field.
Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in rental management software and MS Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
