Chaplain - Hospice

Hospice of Humboldt is looking for a 3/4-time Chaplain.

The 3/4-time position is approximately 30-36 hours a week with benefits.

The Chaplain provides spiritual care to patients and their families and caregivers and assists them with rituals and ceremonies. The Chaplain collaborates with other members of the Interdisciplinary Group to develop and revise the patient’s Plan of Care.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in divinity (MDiv), religious studies or theology from an accredited seminary, college or university.

2. Experience in chaplaincy, pastoral ministry or similar field.

3. Valid driver’s license, proof of acceptable automobile insurance coverage, and reliable transportation as specified by Hospice of Humboldt’s policies.

4. Reliable mobile phone with plan that provides good local coverage.

5. Basic computer skills.
