We are looking for an honest, competent, caring and motivated Auto Service Advisor to join our team and help take great care of our customers.

Job Summary:

As a Tucson Hybrid Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to owners of Tucson Hybrid vehicles. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring maintenance, repairs, or general inquiries regarding their hybrid vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the service center.

Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and issues.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding recommended services, repair estimates, and timelines.

Service Recommendations:

Review inspections of Tucson Hybrid vehicles to identify maintenance needs and potential repair issues.

Consult with technicians to develop comprehensive service recommendations based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines.

Present service recommendations to customers in a clear and transparent manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Appointment Scheduling:

Schedule service appointments for customers, ensuring efficient use of available service bays and technician resources.

Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely availability of necessary components for scheduled repairs and maintenance.

Technical Expertise:

Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and service procedures specific to Tucson Hybrid vehicles.

Provide technical assistance to customers regarding hybrid system operation, battery maintenance, and other hybrid-specific components.

Customer Satisfaction:

Follow up with customers post-service to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional concerns.

Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed customer expectations.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and vehicle repairs using the CRM system.

Prepare detailed service invoices and explain charges to customers, ensuring transparency in billing practices.

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a service advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry preferred.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.

Knowledge of hybrid vehicle systems and components preferred, with a willingness to learn and stay updated on emerging technologies.

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships and fostering customer loyalty.

Proficiency in computer applications and dealership management systems for scheduling appointments and maintaining records.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Additional training or certification in automotive technology or customer service is a plus.

Working Conditions:

Work environment includes a combination of office and shop settings.

MONDAY - FRIDAY - We feel it's important to work hard but having the weekends to enjoy life is just as important.
