Cashier & Front End Part/Full Time

Adult Expectations is family own and operated has been around for 40+ years providing Southern Arizona with the largest selection of toys, lingerie and novelty available, We have a long history of supporting various associations like the LGBTIQA+ and others.

We are looking for a cashier that will help our customers while being a team player assisting in inventory count and various other duties,

Duties and Responsibilities

Cashier

Greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude and

Standing for long periods while quickly and accurately assisting our customers.

Keep your area clean and presentable

Answer customer questions and help them with their needs

Must be a team player and willing to take initiative to help store duties.

Must be detailed oriented and focused.

Assist with Inventory Duties etc stock counts, and assets protection

Ability to calculate sales and change quickly

Accountability and accuracy in reconciling sales receipts and records

Service-oriented and willing to help patrons

Customer service skills to maintain positive customer relationships, encourage customer loyalty and resolve conflicts

Excellent communication to interact with team members and customers

Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment

Attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory and transaction records

Knowledge of point-of-sale systems

Minimum Requirements

Must be 18+ to apply

2+ years in retail or customer service prefer (not required)

Bilingual A+

Must be 100% reliable and flexible as schedules can change

Absolute must be available for work on time and no excuses

Excuses for being late all the time is not accepted and termination can be plausible
