We are a reputable and respected family owned and operated business in Prescott, AZ.

We are actively looking for:

LANDSCAPE FOREMAN

MAINTENANCE LABORER

LANDSCAPE LABORER

Ideally someone who takes pride in their work and who will be invested in their crew.

Customer service is of the up-most importance to us!

Starting pay for these positions is $18.00 to $25.00 DOE per hour with a one month evaluation. Increase in pay depending on job performance and attendance.

EXPERIENCE NECESSARY – Able to start and finish custom landscapes, commercial and residential irrigation experience, pavers, walls, outdoor lighting, able to run a crew and multi-task. Drivers License, clean driving record and able to work 40+ hours a week.

Will train the right person.

These positions are – DRIVING and NON Driving positions. Unlike our driving positions, laborer positions DO NOT require a UA or a clean driving record to be eligible for hire.

Qualifications:

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Must be able to lift 75 lbs

Must be able to work full time

Arrive on time every day and prepared to start work.

Be courteous and kind to both our customers and your fellow employees.

Clean driving record is not a requirement for laborer positions.

Benefits:

40 hours of PTO per year after 90 days of employment

40 hours a week with overtime optional.
