Southwest Spas and Pools is a well-established hot tub and swim spa retailer with multiple locations. Along with sales, we provide service and repairs to our customers, as well as service and repairs on competitor products.

Job Description:

As a Repair Technician at Southwest Spas and Pools, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction by maintaining and repairing hot tubs and swim spas. The territory for service work will primarily be the north, central, and west valley area. We are looking for someone eager to learn and eager for promotions. Other positions we are hiring for are:

-Water Care Technician

Key Responsibilities:

-Monitoring and maintaining chemical testing and control equipment.

-Maintaining accurate service records.

-Performing in/out of warranty repairs.

-Providing friendly and effective communication with homeowners and management.

-Utilizing computer and smartphone technology for software and app downloads.

-Cleaning and maintaining hot tubs and swim spas.

Qualifications:

-Friendly and effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

-Experience with computer and smartphone use for software and apps.

-Knowledge and experience with power tools.

-A clean driving record is mandatory.

-Successful completion of a background check.

-Prior experience in hot tub repairs, HVAC repair, automotive repair etc is a “plus” but not required. Willing to train if the candidate is eager and a quick learner.

Compensation: Competitive Hourly Pay + Commissions + Annual Bonus

Hours:

Monday-Friday: flexible, typically 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm.

Saturday: optional with overtime pay

Sundays: off

Holidays: off
