Job Posting: Onsite Help Desk Technician

Overview:

We are seeking an Onsite Help Desk Technician to provide first-level technical support. In this role, you'll handle incoming calls, emails, trouble tickets, inventory, deliveries, and client equipment. If you have experience with remote management tools, Active Directory, Office 365, and troubleshooting desktop issues—and you're a tech enthusiast eager to learn—we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Help Desk Support: Answer help desk calls/emails, troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues, and document all incidents.

Inventory Management: Accept, log, and deliver packages.

Technical Troubleshooting: Support desktop/laptop issues, network connectivity, and Office 365. Assist with printer installation and remote support.

Active Directory/User Management: Manage user accounts, including password resets and access troubleshooting.

Customer Service: Provide excellent service, ensuring timely issue resolution and clear communication.

Other Duties: Set up new workstations, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate on IT projects.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma required; associate's degree in IT preferred.

Experience: 1-2 years in help desk or technical support roles preferred. Familiarity with remote management, Active Directory, and Office 365 helpful.

Technical Skills: Strong desktop troubleshooting, basic networking knowledge, proficiency in Windows.

Other Skills: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, or similar are a plus. On the job training provided.

Working Conditions:

Full-time onsite role.

May involve occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.).

Reliable transportation required.

Periodic client visits.
