Dispatcher/CSR Specialist

Discount Mechanical is looking for friendly ambitious office dispatcher to join our team!

Our Dispatchers:

Handle incoming calls and deal directly with our technicians in the field

Dispatch calls to correct technicians

Update system with all current and pertinent information

Route customer calls accordingly based on customer need

Frequently checking emails to assist with scheduling

Scheduling jobs in a timely fashion while using sound judgement

Establish rapport with new and existing customers

As well as other duties as assigned by office management staff

Position Requirements:

Excellent Multitasking Skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem solving skills

Good administration & organizational skills

The ability to work in a fast paced environment

Previous experience in customer service or dispatch preffered

Job Qualifications : High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a Call Center environment preferred

Must be socially focused; "How can I help you?" attitude

Persuasive, calm communication style

Type 30+ WPM, and ability to navigate through several internet based applications

Proficient in Windows-based computer programs with excellent navigation skills

Dependable and punctual in assigned work schedule

Drug test and background checks are required.
