As a dispatcher, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing our field service operation. Your responsibilities will include efficiently assigning service requests to our technicians, optimizing schedules, coordinating necessary resources, and ensuring exceptional customer communication. You'll be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, organizing job assignments, handling emergency service requests, maintaining accurate records, and consistently striving for service excellence. Your role is integral in ensuring timely and effective delivery of our services, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. We are using HouseCall Pri system and you will be trained to be efficient in this system.
