Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Remote Customer Service Representative to assist our customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
