As an

CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)we’re looking for you to build meaningful relationships with our residents by getting to know their personalities and preferences. On a daily basis you’ll be relied upon to assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans and recommend level-of-care adjustments.

What Cascades of Sugarland Ridge looks for in a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant):

  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred
  • Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time
  • Positive attitude and the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents
  • Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
  • Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
  • Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

What you can expect to do as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) for Cascades of Sugarland Ridge:

  • Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff
  • Assist residents in life skills and other life enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile
  • Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines
  • Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day
  • Work with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
  • Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
  • Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascades of Sugarland Ridge
