Job Title: Marketing Communications SpecialistLocation: Stevens Point, WI - Corporate OfficeStarting Salary: $20.59 - $22.65 (wage to commensurate with experience)As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing marketing, advertising, and graphic design projects that support our brand, generate leads, and empower our sales team. Click here for full job description.What you’ll do:Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, and mailers.Collaborate with internal teams to support sales presentations and promotional events.Conduct market research and competitor analysis.Maintain brand consistency across all materials.Assist with planning and deployment of conference materials.Travel occasionally for conferences and training.What you’ll need:Associate or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft OfficeExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesCreative mindset with strong analytical and writing skillsSkyward’s Benefits:At Skyward, we believe in supporting our team members both personally and professionally.
