Quality Control Auditor

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an organized, hard working, and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our Final Audit Inspection team. The QC Inspector will be responsible for inspecting electronic equipment; including visual mechanical, solder workmanship, and documentation accuracy.

Nature of Duties:

· Perform Quality Control inspection of new and repaired products prior to shipment.

· Monitor processes and operating system for the production and repair of customer product.

· Support customer data and special reporting requests such as first articles and certificates of compliance.

· Perform periodic audits of the production operation in compliance with ISO and TL requirements.

· Support product and process improvements to meet quality and operational performance goals.

Education and Experience Requirements:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· 1-2 years of related experience

· Soldering experience or certification is desired Not Mandatory

· Working knowledge of IPC-A-610, J-STD-001standards

· Working knowledge of ISO9001/TL9000 standards

· Working knowledge of Lean, Six Simga, 8D Problem Solving, and 5S

· Proficiency with computer software programs (Microsoft Office,)

· Excellent communication skills and detail oriented

· Has willingness to learn, takes initiative, and offers improvement ideas

· Willingness to work overtime when required

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required
