Service / Repair / Maintenance HVAC Technician

We are building up our HVAC division and are looking for the key people that will help grow this division. The growth potential for this candidate is huge!

We are seeking a professional HVAC Service and Maintenance HVAC Technician to help our customers solve their HVAC issues! Your day-to-day duties will consist mainly of providing routine maintenance while you learn and hone your troubleshooting/service skills. You will have ample opportunity to sell and be compensated for those sales as well.

All candidates must be Reliable, Accountable, and Determined.

Responsibilities:

-Service and troubleshoot residential and some commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

-Earn commissions by providing estimates and following up with customers

-Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements

-Coach and train other technicians

-Respond to emergency service requests

-Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

-Leadership and management path for those interested

Qualifications:

-Strong HVAC technical background and adept at troubleshooting residential and some commercial HVAC equipment

-Strong work ethic and impeccable character required

-Ability to work alone and with a team

-Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
