finish carpenter or finish carpenter foreman

Looking to hire experienced finish carpenters and experienced finish carpenter foreman.

Candidates must have at least 4 years experience in the following:

-Trim carpentry (base, case, crown, trim, wainscoting, chair rail, etc.)

-Cabinet installation

-Countertop installation

-Commercial doors and hardware

-Blueprint reading

Candidates must possess the following qualities:

-Attention to detail

-Quality Control

-Ability to work well with others

-Ability to effectively run/maintain a job site crew

-Positive attitude

-Ability to spot mistakes by crew members and constructively teach how to remedy the issues

-Trust worthy

-Must own your own tools

-Strong communication skills

We mainly work on commercial projects; apartments, condos, office buildouts, hospitals, churches, restaurants, retail including Bath and Body Works, Target, Victoria's Secret, Planet Fitness and more-occasional travel and 3rd shift requirements are necessary for certain retail contracts. We work primarily throughout Southeast Wisconsin with occasional work in other States. Willingness to drive and reliable vehicle is required.
