Subcontractor Deck builder/ Carpenter/fence laborer/Construction

Looking for subcontractor carpenter , lead and semi skilled laborers. Great flexible position open for hard working, reliable people with some knowledge of power tools and/ or carpentry experience but willing to train candidates with some carpentry experience.

Must have WI State Conrtractor and Qualifier licenses or obtain shortly after starting.

The work is outdoors and at times physically demanding. Requiring initative, team player, some analytical intellect and presentable in representing the company.

Must be able to lift heavy loads repetitively, use hand and power tools, tape measure and think independently.

MUST have own vehicle as jobsites are all over greater Milwaukee area. Must be able to pass a background check.

Scheduled Projects/Hours are full time year round but vary occasionally depending on weather. Flex schedule for the right candidate.

Pay is based on experience, skill, reliability and desire to succeed. Aveage rate per project 16 to 24 for laborers and semi skilled.

24 and up for skilled carpenters. Cash to start can be arranged as well.
