About Us: Nu-Look Flooring Systems is a leader in providing top-notch Resinous Flooring & decorative Concrete flooring solutions in southeastern Wisconsin. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Flooring Technician to join our team.

Role Overview: We are looking for a Flooring Technician who will report to the Project Manager and complete various daily tasks. If you have experience in hand-grinding/shotblasting, epoxy coating, polyurea coatings, polyaspartic floor coatings, polished concrete work, and or sealed concrete work, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform hand-grinding on various flooring surfaces.

Apply epoxy, polyurea, and polyaspartic floor coatings.

Conduct polished and sealed concrete work.

Ensure all surfaces are properly prepared and cleaned before and after application.

Operate and maintain equipment and tools safely and efficiently.

Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.

Communicate effectively with the Project Manager and team members.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 6:00pm.

Occasional weekend and third shift work as needed.

Previous experience in flooring, construction, or a related field is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.

Knowledge of safety standards and practices.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.50 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
