Auto Sales Representative

Position Summary:

As a sales associate you’ll work in a social environment, continuously building relationships with potential auto consumers, via phone, social media or in person. Guide and help consumers get credit approved to purchase an affordable and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities:

Perform general store operations duties as directed, including the following:

Greet consumers with an enthusiastic and professional matter

Assist customer in filling credit application

Collecting all necessary documents required by the bank

Explains sales process and helps consumer purchase vehicle

Performs “walk around” of vehicle

Test drive vehicles with consumers

Emphasizes the referral program

Requirements:

We are looking for ambitious, confident, energetic and self-motivated individuals, who have good work ethic and meet the following skills:

Bi-lingual (Spanish)

Organized

Basic computer knowledge

Strong communication

Customer service experience

Persistent and competitive

Multi-task

Works well with others

Good attendance “punctual”
