1st & Bowl is a gaming and entertainment facility in Wauwatosa. We have been steadily growing and we are looking to take another big leap in 2025 with expansion of our existing offerings as well as developing new interesting experiences for our customers. This is a dynamic role focused on many different aspects of growth. This job reports to the owner of the company and will have plenty of exposure for future opportunities within the company.

Compensation will be a mix of base pay and commission.

Primary responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

Corporate and Large Group Event Sales

-Work inbound leads

-Party planning responsibility and follow up after booking

Outbound sales

-Targeted field sales

-Influence cold email strategy

-Follow up with previous customers

-Referral and affiliate programs

Develop In House Events

-Leagues

-Tournaments

-One off events

-New game offerings

-Prize challenges

-Memberships

Develop Out of Building Business

-Participation in festivals

-Partnerships with other businesses

-Game rentals
