Experienced Maintenance/Handyman Wanted

Looking for a part-time Maintenance Technician for a privately owned 104-unit property. Must have prior and thorough experience and knowledge of general maintenance, specifically in apartments & condos (preferred). In addition; HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance knowledge/experience is strongly preferred. This position is perfect for someone who is retired or wanting a flexible second job. Must be available for emergency calls as a back up contact. Typical work week will be 15-20 hours weekly of general maintenance to include: Tenant, building, and property needs. Must live in the Waukesha County area or nearby, not required to live onsite, but it is negotiable. Compensation $25 an hour. If this seems like a good fit for you, please either call or email.
