Helper / Handyman / Maintenance Specialist Wanted

Handyman wanted for providing onsite service for large number of rental units throughout the Milwaukee area.

No prior experience required, but will be preferred.

On job training will be provided to fulfill necessary jobs responsibilities. Real estate investing mentorship offered if interested.

Job responsibility includes:

Painting

Flooring

Basic Carpentry

Basic Plumbing

Basic Electrical

Showing rental property

Requirement:

Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs of weight

Must be able to work at least 3 days a week

Must be a team player, especially when completing larger remodel projects as part of a team

Must have the initiative to learn new skills and adapt to various challenges
