Maintenance Tech Needed for Suburban Milwaukee Apartments

Full-time, year-round, permanent position with company in business for over 40 years.

Suburban Milwaukee Property Management company is seeking a full-time Maintenance/Remodeling Specialist to maintain and renovate apartment buildings throughout the metro area. This individual will need to have attention to detail. Vehicle and supplies provided.

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

- Remodel vacant and aging apartments/common areas to appeal to a new generation of renters

- General maintenance and upkeep of appliances, buildings and equipment

- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment

- Perform basic maintenance on company service vehicles

- Complete resident service request and respond to on-call emergency situations

- Identify safety issues that may affect the building or the residence.

- Have a great attitude and have the ability to work with others!

$25- $35 per hour.

Company vehicle is provided.

Must have a excellent driving record.

Must have verifiable experience in property maintenance.
