Contracts & Invoicing Analyst

Analysts act as consultants to provide the research and insight that clients need to make an informed, data-backed decision. This team plays a critical role in supporting engagements where revenue is generated through managed billing. Under this business model, our company manages all billing and invoicing between expert consultants and attorney clients.On a daily basis, you will:Receive and review invoices from different individuals (Experts) for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all required itemization is included.Enter invoice data into Salesforce and generate corresponding client-facing invoices.Send invoices to attorney clients and follow up as needed to ensure timely payment.Maintain clear, consistent communication with both experts and attorneys via email and phone.Manage follow-ups and clarifications related to invoice submissions, payments, and related documentation.Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
