Location: Milwaukee Headquarters 3-4 days per week, some travel to Milwaukee Fulfillment Center and ability to work remotely 1-2 days per week.Type: Full-TimeOverview:Join us as the Assistant to the CEO, a key role supporting the CEO in executing strategic initiatives and managing day-to-day operations and tasks. Gain unparalleled insights and contribute directly to the strategic direction of our rapidly growing internet company.Responsibilities:

Act as a contact point on key projects, following up with stakeholders, helping with roadblocks, and keeping agreed-upon schedules.

Occasionally liaise between the CEO and departments, as well as individual employees and vendors.

Prepare, proo, and review business documents and reports.

Support strategic planning and implementation by executing initiatives and tasks.

Research industry trends and opportunities and provide summaries.

Handle company, vendor, and employee information with discretion and confidentiality.

RequirementsQualifications and Skills:

2+ years experience in at least one of the following:

Fashion design, retail, fashion marketing, e-commerce

Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Complete understanding of Google and Microsoft productivity suite.

Exceptional written communication skills.

Knowledge, understanding, and experience with social media, including TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

Access to a car for travel to the office and errands.

Bonus skills and interests:

Fashion design, retail, fashion marketing, and e-commerce.

Desire to grow through hard work and determination.

Experience in an entrepreneurial company.

Drive to be the best, grow, and love of work.
