MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITAL facility. This job is ON-SITE. FTE:

1.0 Shift: Shift 1 Monday - Friday 8-1830 with one day off per week.

Rotational week night and weekend call shifts and one holiday per year.

Job Summary: Assists physicians with performance of interventional

radiographic and related procedures for diagnostic interpretation and/or

therapeutic interventions. Responsible for preparation, documentation of

inventory of materials, supplies and coding used for interventional

radiology services. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Additional technical courses and experience with progressive

responsibility and experience in IR/NIR and or Cath Lab is required. One

year of experience in an IR or Cath Lab setting OR completion of the

FMLH IR Internship is required.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Completion of

(minimum) a 2-year, approved, program in Radiologic Technology is

required.TRAINING DESCRIPTION: In-depth knowledge of the operation of

interventional radiographic and related diagnostic and therapeutic

equipment/supplies.LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: ARRT registered and current

State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer required. Advanced

certification through ARRT in ARRT-CI or ARRT-CV or ARRT-VI is required

within 12 months of hire. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life

Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent
