Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Milwaukee or Itasca Office. Open to locations throughout U.S with the right experience.

Summary

This position allows the candidate to pursue their passion for digital marketing while also enabling them to broaden their overall marketing skills. This combination of responsibility allows this individual to develop specific expertise within digital marketing, while also being able to experience a broad array of responsibilities across many aspects of the marketing mix. The primary objective of this position is to help drive the sales pipeline as well as increase brand awareness within assigned industry segment.

Responsibilities

· Assist in the development, execution and measurement of a comprehensive digital marketing plan that ultimately drives awareness, sales leads and pipeline.

· Involved in the planning and execution of all digital media activities including paid search, paid social, programmatic display, email campaigns, SEO, marketing automation and website.

· Involved in support role for digital account-based marketing (ABM) activities including programmatic targeting and Marketo program creation (landing pages, emails, list segmentations, etc.).

· Optimize marketing spend and achieve tangible results across paid and organic digital channels.

· Work in conjunction with the Business Development Team and the Demand Generation Team to create and execute effective lead generation programs to meet targets.

· Measure and understand success factors (ie: web analytics, pipeline growth, conversion rates, costs per lead, etc.)

· Research new programs and ideas that will drive future success

· Industry responsibilities include marketing planning and budgeting, campaign/project management, and execution of marketing plan within assigned industry.

· Develop, execute and measure a comprehensive industry marketing plan that ultimately drives awareness, sales leads and pipeline.

· Project manage one-off campaigns / projects.

Qualifications

· Experience in B-to-B marketing is a plus (not required).

· 2-3 years of digital marketing experience.

· Experience in any of the following industries would be a plus (not required): Manufacturing, Construction, Energy, Aerospace & Defense, or Field Service Management.

· Ability to continually reset priorities, be flexible to rapidly changing market demands/conditions.

· Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe is a plus (not required).

· Strong project management skills, along with excellent oral and written communications skills

· Demonstrated written communication and editing skills

· Strong PowerPoint creation and editing skills

· Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and creative

· Commitment to deliver high quality work on time

· Enthusiasm and self-motivation

· A self-starter, strong work ethic, with personal initiative and drive

· Ability to work independently without supervision and collaboratively with teams when needed

· Ability to travel as needed; limited travel required
