Job Description

Position Summary

The Campaign Specialist is responsible for designing fully integrated campaign strategies that incorporate online and off-line channels. This individual will be at the forefront of connecting potential and existing customer’s to Zurn in ways that inspire and require action that achieve organizational goals and objectives. This position is located in Milwaukee, WI and reports directly to the Manager of Demand Generation, and must align with Zurn’s corporate marketing group, the Business Unit leaders and their respective teams in Product Management, Engineering, and Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling integrated campaign strategies that create demand for new business and engage renewed interest from existing clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategic marketers, strategists, data storytellers, and creative colleagues to drive data-driven channel strategies that align with stakeholder goals and drive business impact.
  • Coordinate and support campaign implementation, including emails, landing pages, blogs, marketing content, meetings, and events.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to drive customer engagement throughout the buyer journey stages (Awareness, Consideration, Decision, Nurture)
  • Analyze campaign performance data (impressions, conversion rate, traffic, ROI, etc.) to make recommendations and help shape future marketing campaign strategies.
  • Engage hands-on with our marketing automation platform to set up, deploy, and analyze campaign activities.
  • Provide training, technical support, and best practices information to internal colleagues and external clients.

Qualifications

Experience and Skill Required

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or General Business
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Experience creating and managing digital content and distributing to owned channels (e.g. blogs, social, website)
  • Experience executing public relations activities including social media across all major platforms in a business setting.
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM tactics, success factors
  • Basic knowledge of web content management systems (e.g. Kentico, HubSpot, social platforms, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently with a wide range of business stakeholders.
  • Must be able to travel up to 10-15% of the time.
